Results for the 2016 Cairo University Awards have been posted on the website for Cairo University. Two of the Emeritus Professors of the Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering (EECE) have received two of the top awards for Year 2016; namely:

Professor Ahmed SOLIMAN (EECE1964) who received the "Distinction Award" in Engineering Sciences

Professor Serag El-Din HABIB (EECE1967) who received the "Appreciation Award" in Engineering Sciences
